From the initial consultation to installation, it was a great chatting to Michael who explained the step-by-step process on roller shutters, it was also a pleasure chatting to him every step of the way. Initially it was going to take 2 weeks, from the measurements to installation, however i was surprised receiving call from Nick advising it could be done in just 1 week, totally exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Michael, Nick, Mohsin and Rad who did an exceptional job from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The roller shutters were installed flawlessly, despite my doubts thinking something will go wrong. It's obvious that they take great pride in their work, and their professionalism shines through in every interaction.

From initial consult to completion, Mohsin listened and provided invaluable advice in installing the roller shutter for my garage. The finished product looks amazing and has been voted best in street! 😊

Mohsin attended my mother’s place to fix our shutters that were installed over 30 years ago by a different company. He was extremely helpful, very informative and very generous with his time. Due to his honest approach he saved us a lot of time and money. We were so impressed that we are getting Mohsin to come to our own home to install roller shutters. The team from Resco Shutters did a fantastic job at my place, from first speaking to Michael to get a quote and then Mohsin coming out to personally meet us and double check the measurements and that we were happy with what we were going to receive, on communication we can’t praise them enough.
We had a bad experience with another major company and the standard of work they performed was no good, after that company left us with a inoperable shutter we contacted a few companies but found Resco to be the best of them all from quoting the job to Mohsin and Damien performing the work, we went from wanting the inoperable shutter replaced to having all our shutters replaced with new shutters as we were unhappy with the quality of work performed by the other company ( 4 shutters had installation defects) and Mohsin during a conversation mentioned that there was remote controlled shutters available which had not been told to us previously by the other company.

Mohsin and Damien installed new remote controlled shutters onto our house and spaced them correctly and after listening to their advice the job they did has proven to limit street noise and help keep out the cold at night, the operation of the shutters is quieter and the fact that we can operate all the shutters from one master remote if we choose to has made us very happy, the work was performed very well and the clean up afterwards was also very good.

I contacted Resco to convert 5 manual roller shutters on the 2nd storey of our home to electric a day ago.
Everything from the first phone contact to their workmanship has been awesome.
The team informed us when they were on their way over, they were easy going, professional and easy to work with.
